Description
Every Pride Day Nicholas is the only single person amongst his group of friends. He imagines what Pride would be like with the perfect boyfriend. When Nicholas sees Matthew at a Village bar, he thinks that just maybe, this guy could be ‘the one’. Will Nicholas finally have the Pride Day he’s always dreamed of?
Set in Toronto in 2003, on the night before Pride Day, Urge is a short story about trying to find love in a time where gay marriage has just become legal, people still met in bars, and texting wasn't a thing yet.
