Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for deciding to read Villains are Heartless!
Before continuing, here is a quick content warning:
Seeing as this is a novel about Superheroes and Villains, there will be some violence. The violence will not be graphic. If a chapter has heavy violence, it will be tagged as mature, and I will give a warning at the beginning of the chapter with my reasoning for the tag. This chapter might also have mature language in it. In addition, all of the main characters are adults, except for a character's child (I won't say which character, because I don't want to spoil anything). There will be ABSOLUTELY NO violence toward or against the child, so there is no need to worry about that.
I hope you enjoy Villains are Heartless, and thank you again for deciding to read this story!
The superhero's job is to protect the city from the villains, but can the hero protect the villain from himself? The villain has never caused any casualties or deaths. His only goal seems to be to cause damage to the city and to be a nuisance to the heroes. Can the villain be redeemed? The hero known as The Quiet Fighter, also known as Noah to his close friends, would like to try. The villain known as Shadow, or Casey, has no interest in changing his ways. Jamie, the bartender whom both Casey and Noah visit, wants to make it through their shift and go home.
