In the blink of an eye
The silver that was once winter changes into the first day of spring.
I watch the people around me gasp
As the petals of fresh cherry blossoms graze their soft skin.
I feel the warmth from spring
Swallow part of the Earth as the cold shrinks away.
The trees that were once still corpses
Now sway back and forth with the spring breeze.
Everyone's hardships, troubles, and conflicts
All begin to fade along with the melting snow.
