Description
Oleander is a boy who was born from a flower, found by his new mother in the woods when he was born. He had grown up in the woods with a power to control any kind of plant, doing things not even nature could do.
When he is sixteen, he and his mom move to where humans live for the first time ever. He goes to high school for the first time, meeting his new best friend and trying to figure out the world around him.
Everything is fine until a supernatural experimental branch of the government finds out about him...
