Chapter- 1:

A mere coincidence?

"Huff, huff..."

Dashing through the seats, the costumers gasp, a random man's voice is heard... 

"XinLao Jinho! Get back here!"

That's right... I'm XinLao Jinho, from China. I'm an alpha male. If you feel like my entrance is weird... figure out why I'm running from that man. Oh, he is my uncle, by the way!

"Jesus, Uncle! Let me have a damn break! I've been working continuously for 3 straight hours!"

"So what?! You're the only worker I have! You better get back here, or I won't even pay you!"

I roll my eyes as I continue running, desperate to escape this chaotic restaurant. My mom died long ago when I was still a kid, so my uncle and aunt took care of me. But my aunt sadly also passed away. So it's just me and my uncle now. I help him with the restaurant he owns, XienFien restaurant. We rebuilt this place since it was tore down for several reasons. So our customer count is low, and I'm currently the only worker he has.

"XinLao!!!!!"

I stretch as I sigh, looking around. My uncle is setting up the kitchen, so I dont really have anything to do

"XinLao! Mop the floor and clean the tables!"

Welp, I jinxed it. Hahh... why is my life like this?

"Fine! Fine! Don't yell!"

I grumble, pouting that I have to do work. I take the mop and proceed to clean the floor.

"Cant I just relax for one damn day? Is that so wrong?" I mumble to myself.

"XinLao! We're going to start early today! So you better be doing it fast!"

I take a deep breath, controlling my irritation as I mop the floor faster and yell back to my uncle.

"YEAH YEAH! quit blabbering!"

I finish up cleaning the tables and the floor and wipe off the sweat buds off my forehead and stretch. 

"I'm done! Is there anything else you need me to do? Because I won't come out again until it's work hour!"

"There isn't anything! Just go!"

I growl in annoyance as my eye twitches. What a grumpy old man.

"I'm going then!" I yell.

I take off the gloves I was wearing and plop down onto my bed, tired. As I open my phone and scroll through Mytube. Not really knowing what to do while I scroll.

2 hours later, I get ready and wear my apron. It's kinda lame but, do what you gotta do, am I right? The work hour starts, and of course. The place is half-empty as always. I sigh in boredom as I see a rich family! Holy shit... is it my time to get rich? There seem to be 2 alpha males and 1 omega male. Quite interesting. I take a peek at the alpha male behind them. He seems like he is around my age... I stare at him for a moment and realize he is taller than me, "What the fuck-?" I think to myself. I'm 5'11. I don't know how tall that dude is, but probably above my height. He seems to have luscious-blonde hair and golden-yellow eyes... he looks wayyyYY too handsome to be an alpha. But... I look down at his build. He is quite fit... no... very fit! That's at least a 7 pack there! 

"Uhm, a table, please!" 

I snap out of my thoughts. They're still customers, XinLao! Stop gawking. I walk over to the family and smile.

"Please, come this way."

I show the family to the table and take out my notepad.

"What can I get for you?"

The omega male smiles as he looks through the menu.

"Hmm, I'll get the, Cantonese. What about you, love?"

The alpha male smiles as he also looks through the menu. Seems like they're husband and... husband, I guess

"I'll also get whatever you're getting, love. Reilivon, what about you?"

I glance at the pretty alpha, so his name is Reilivon, huh... Reilivon picks up the menu and looks through as he smiles

"I'll get the Sichuan."

I nod, taking down their orders on my notepad and force a smile.

"Your orders will be here soon, sirs."

I groan, still irritated, that I have to work. But maybe from this rich family, I can get some more money. I chuckle mischievously as I clear my throat and head into the kitchen.

"Uncle! 2 Cantonese and 1 Sichuan!"

My uncle nods as he gets to cooking. No more customers are coming in, so I just lean against the counter and notice that pretty boy... Reilivon staring at me. I raise an eyebrow in confusion and curiosity as he smirks while looking at me, and I twitch. Feeling annoyed.

"What's this guy's problem?" I grumble.

Reilivon chuckles as he turns back to his fathers.

I stare at him, feeling like I've seen him somewhere before... but where?
