You can say that his maternal instincts kicked in when he was pregnant with Theo, but these instincts never went away. So, Nial was now like an overprotective gorilla jumping on everything approaching his baby boy. Whether it was a human or just wind. Everything has to go through Nial first. Only when he approved can these things touch Theo.

  The other parent of Theo a.k.a. the sperm donor, a.k.a. the alpha, a.k.a. Leonardo Macoy was much laid back compared to his other half. He was the good cop, while Nial was the bad cop.

  

   Therefore, baby Theo loved his daddy more than his papa. After all, Daddy was the sweet guy who granted wishes. While Papa was the bossy man who nagged all the time. The needle of favouritism always favoured Daddy Leo.

  Just like any other Sunday, Nial was trying to put clothes on Theo, for a visit to hospital. While, Theo was running around in protest because he hated the hospital the most. A struggle was clearly taking shape between two parties but Daddy Leo was enjoying his economy news with coffee. An alpha after all. The muscles were clearly evident outside that tight fit t shirt. His hands holding the coffee mug were long and pretty. His nails were trimmed but still they were big and glossy. His eyes that were stuck to the paper were golden brown and his nose which was high adorned a pair of glasses, was impeccable. His cheeks still had some stubble on as he was having a lazy morning. His cardigan embraced the shoulders tightly but was on the verge of falling off that cliff. He was handsome yet his dress up made him look groggy and lazy. His shoulder length hair were falling on his face in a messy manner. Yet this man....still handsome as ever, didn't even spare a glance to struggle happening in the background.

" You brat, let go! I said let go!" Nial stumbled as the kid grabbed him by the leg. He was speechless with the stubbornness of his child. He wanted to kick his feet, but he was worried he will hurt Theo. So, he squatted down. " Theo, let go of Papa's leg."

" Naah, Paapa naaah." Theo who was grabbing the leg as if his life depended on it mumbled through his baby teeth.

" Theo!! We will be late for the hospital. Let go." Nial picked the baby outfit from the chair." Look, it's your favourite drummer dress. Don't you wanna wear it?" Nial was sweating profusely at this point. He was an omega yet this child was too strong for him to pull away.

" No, Papa nooo...Theo na na." Theo shook his head in refusal. " Theo no go." He shook his head even more .

Looking at the cute and chubby face, Nial felt weak. So, he changed his tactics, " How about this? You go ask daddy. If he says no, then we don't go. But if says we must, you have to agree. Okay? "

 

Theo smiled as he realised his papa was giving up. With a bright face, he walked like a penguin towards his daddy. His daddy never says no. Not to him. He is going to win this time for sure.

" Daddi...." Theo grabbed Leo's leg. Leo swiftly pulled up the child and rested him on his lap.

" Hi baby. " Leo grabbed his little cub and cuddled him. " Give daddy a mushy."

Theo leaned in and kissed his daddy's cheek. " Daddy...theo...muaah...mushy." Theo pointed at his cheek asking his dad for a mushy.

It was actually Nial who came with the word mushy. His brilliant brain came up with the idea that if Theo doesn't know what a kissy is, he won't kiss a stranger or anyone he doesn't know of. Hence, the code word was mushy. Only Nial and Leo asked Theo for mushy. Every one else asked for a kissy from baby Theo. As a result, baby Theo would give them anything he had, thinking that's what a kissy is.

"Daddy." Theo giggled as his Daddy tickled him. " Daddy...Theo vroom vroom no." He shook his head vigorously.

" You don't want to go?" 

" Yeah. Daddy, Theo no go." He nodded vigorously.

" Oh...if our baby don't want to go then let us n...." As soon as the words left his mouth he saw a dark shadow looking at him from the kitchen. Nial glared at him in anger. His eyes clearly portrayed his message, "If you dared to say no, I will kill you "

" No baby we must go vroom vroom. Baby Theo needs the vroom vroom. If we don't go there, you will get weak and you will get sick." Leo changed his words in a second. His love for Theo was far weaker than his fear of Nial.

Theo who was anticipating victory suddenly heard the declaration of loss. " But Daddy..."

" No baby. There is no but. It is necessary. How about this, I will buy you your favourite toy after we are done." Leo insisted.

" Ummm...mmm....But Theo said no....No vroom vroom..." Theo was aggrieved by his daddy's betrayal. " Hic...hic...daddy...no vroom vroom ...hic..."

His sobs were so cute that Leo felt like giving in. However, Nial decided to stuck the iron when it's hot. " Come Theo, let me tidy you up. "

" No Papa. No...." Before Theo could grab on his daddy, Nial pulled him away.

" Hic..Hic..." Theo sobbed through the whole process of getting dressed. 

Nial felt distressed as he watched his son drowning in tears. " Baby, don't be sad." Nial picked the little panda sipper and gave it to Theo. " Drink some."

"Daddy are you ready? Theo is ready for you? Look, he is looking so handsome." Nial called Leo, who was still changing clothes upstairs.

"Just a minute..." Leo came out in a hurry and asked, " Nial I can't find the trimmer. Do you know where it is?"

"Wait, I will come upstairs and h...." Nial turned around to face his husband. But Theo sitting right next to him waved the bottle in his hand so that his Daddy will look at his drummer dress. The bottle that was shaken vigorously lost it's lid due to momentum. All the water splished splashed on the floor. Nial who was holding his phone asking the driver to come down didn't pay attention to his steps. His foot slipped because of the wet floor and he fell backwards. The table behind him which was made of some expensive marble stood strong, as Nial's head slammed on it with a loud bang. Soon, the white marble was stained in red. And the water spilled on the floor got mixed with the redness seeping from Nial.

" Nial !!!!"  Leo, who watched this whole scene from upstairs came down running. " Nial ! Nial! "
