As she was eating her breakfast, the 11 years old Zaya Alvis answered her father when he called her.

" Yes, father" she said, while getting up from her chair.

" There is something that we want to tell you," he claimed " finish you breakfast and come to the living room."

As she was wondering about what her father wants to talk about, she finished her food and did as she was told to do. She sat on a chair opposite of her parents. Looking at her father, a man with black hair and short trimmed beard, eyes with the color of chocolate and a face that has few wrinkles. Her mother, a short elegant lady that has long dark brown hair, eyes that had chestnut color and face that is full with kindness.

"Do you remember us telling you about where we studied?" her mother started, with her soothing voice.

"Yes," she answered, looking at her parents with confusion in her eyes "Hogwarts isn't it?"

"Correct." Her father added, leaning forward in his seat "you do know that our family is a well-known family between wizards, thus you will probably go there too."

The look of confusion did not leave her eyes as she mumbled "is there something wrong?"

"Oh no dear," her mother comforted her "there is nothing wrong."

"We Just want to tell you that you got your letter." He said, with a smile drawn on his face "do you want to open it?"

Her features relaxed. She took the letter from her father and started looking at it.

As she was looking at her parents with a smile on her face, she opened the letter and started reading outload.

"Dear Ms. Alvis,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

"Just a wand?" Mr. Alvis laughed "Don’t you want anything else?"

"Oh, the other stuff too," she lowered her voice "and the owl!" she shouted again, not being able to control her excitement.
