In a world of destruction and food wars, Raku, a boy of mysterious origin and alone, lives in a dumpster, with the help of dr.andrew and his helper Nett. Life no longer exists, only pain and loneliness, and the only way to get something to eat is the famous air-aid boxes that the federation sends out every month.
