In a world of destruction and food wars, Raku, a boy of mysterious origin and alone, lives in a dumpster, with the help of dr.andrew and his helper Nett. All from the southern district of the federation country. Life no longer exists, only pain and loneliness, and the only way to get something to eat is the famous air-aid boxes that the federation sends out every month. But there is one, to get these packages, a tournament between robots is organized, the team that succeeds to win the championship takes home, the "banquet." With the help of Andrew Raku builds a different fighting robot with pieces of his own trash. He hardly knew that this robot would bring out the interests of the federation for the boy.
