Michael Hart is a depressed alcoholic due to the passing of his wife and the downfall of his career as the Lead Detective of Forgotten City as well as his vigilante-ing as the hero, Even Off. The District Attorney has been murdered and former-Lead Detective Hart’s skills are once again needed by the Forgotten City Police Department. He must now beat his alcoholism and depression or at least cope with them in order to have a clear head as he returns to the streets as Even Off. While trying to solve the murder of the District Attorney, Hart will have to prove himself to the F.C.P.D.’s new Lead Detective, Marcus James —Hart’s former trainee. Even Off will have to deal with The Czar, the Russian Mob Boss who is an international black-market weapons dealer, and the poplularity-crazed villain Ztatik!
