In a world in which all bared horns on their head, lies the illustrious land of Feng Lan.

The country was known for it's strong government and and army. The capital city, itself, is called Xin'an as the country's well managed government and very capable emperors have brought upon a dynasty of little political strife, and peace.....

However, in the mountain of Bai Gong, there lives a man who may bring about chaos. Ma Zhe Ming was known to the greater population as a lowly mountain bandit king. But, in the district surrounding his mountain he was deemed a person of a much higher status: a king; a deity.

His existence presents a major threat to the kingdom and soon the Emperor Cheng Wang Yu will have to take action -again- against him.

But how can he? Especially since this man is well loved by his people?
He had tried to capture him once but to no avail.
He did not have the heart to.
How could he when this person gave him the will to become the Emperor?
