Description
Light Earth Defenders is the result of Hunter M suddenly falling deeply in love with Japanese giant robots (often called mecha or super robots), proceeding to find and watch/read/play as many stories of them as possible, and saying “yeah, I think I’ll do that.” L.E.D. takes place in the year 2099, after the discovery of both a revolutionary cosmic energy source, and the the existence of a hidden mirror Earth in our own solar system. Tension has been high since the discovery of “Dark Earth”, and it’s now clear that its inhabitants do not come in peace! The only ones who can save us are a team of ace pilots called the Light Earth Defenders!
