an unknown crew had started targeting places of the city and painting them neon colours. whilst the police are trying to get rid of the them, they are indeed making those in sadness happy. children and adults in hospitals, foster homes, prisons, and on the streets wake up to these colours and have a whole new sense of what’s surrounding them. some may think it’s vandalism, some may laugh at it. but in the end, it's just showing them the colours they forgot existed on the stupid planet called earth. And whilst they’re there staring at a change in their surroundings, the crew are still making plans for the next attack. trying to change the world, even if it is only colours.
