Welcome to the United States of the World, 2092. Outpost 43, California, Homeland USW.
Days before her fourteenth birthday, Dawn has a dream of how she may be able save humanity from endless wars. Dawn must find the chosen llama, and sacrifice him on the tallest mountain in the region. With her father's belt, and a gun in hand she runs away the next day. Dawn's parents along with outpost guard, Frank, and Dawn's frenemies Rosie & Johnny set off to find her. Their pursuit lead them through a destroyed Homeland USA filled with utter MADNESS.
