Set in the 90s in the fictional city of "Underville" in the state of New York comes the daily routine of young delinquents lead by Steven "S" Angelo doing bids for a shady loan shark, aka the Don.
Having been in the debt-collecting gig for so long would lead to more notoriety in their names.. Living in one of the grittiest cities in America is already a challenge, but gaining infamy within that city is a walk in a tightrope.
