You can go to each persons individual page and you'll see a "share something..." textbox. Underneath is a little camera if you click it you can upload an image. :D

How in the world do I post a photo when I want to thank someone for subscribing? I believe I tried it but when I clicked share no photo showed up.
Very easy! I click on the grey camera button underneath the text. That give you the option of adding an image! Let me know if you sort that out...
