I'm happy to announce that, with Shard the Metal Sonic: Heart of the Hedgehog finished, I'm officially allowing people to use it for non-monetary stuff! this includes

- Create and post Chapter 4 Author’s Notes
- Create a post to officially announce dubbing permissions and other non-commercial creative uses
- Clean up the Chapter 4 gallery section

HotH update will be delayed. I'm not sure when.
Recently, I've been finding myself fighting with myself to finish these last pages and it's made things actually really frustrating and just not fun to do.
I thought that maybe another break could help, but that's not it. My mind is honestly anywhere else but on the comic these days and I'm starting to feel resentment towards it. I wanna get rid of the Sunday updates for these last pages because I think it's become a shackle to me rather than a weekly goal.
It's not that I won't work on the pages at all, but maybe by freeing myself from a deadline, I can make sure I'm having fun with the comic. I apologize for announcing this so close to the chapter and story's end, but I wanna make sure that when I finish it, I'll feel happy because of my accomplishment, not happy because it's over.

I’m real proud of the progress I made with HotH’s last chapter! Despite starting later in the year than desired, I‘m already halfway done! By now, I’d usually be at 5 or 8 pages, not a whopping 12!
I wanna call a brief break, look over the sketches for the rest of the pages, and work on another project, so there won’t be an update this Sunday (August 6th). Next guaranteed update will be sometime after, likely Sunday the 13th.

Hi everyone! So, this is it, the last chapter of Heart of the Hedgehog. These last few years of working on it were rewarding and I'm so happy to be reaching the end and completing it! I'm making this announcement a little later than I wanted to because of real life. I have what will hopefully be my last dental procedure next week. After that, I'm going to give the first three chapters one last look over and then get started on chapter 4. After that, I'll make the announcement and guide to officially permit dubbing and other uses of my comic! With that said, when will I start posting chapter 4? Sadly due to life stuff, I probably won't start until later in June or the beginning of July. I hope to make a teaser to announce the start date and posting schedule soon. That's all for now. Thanks for supporting me and my comic all this time. I'm going to give it my all for Heart of the Hedgehog's final chapter!
