Hey guys it's Ryan. Good news is I'm feeling a lot better. I was actually able to go for some walks in the past couple of days. And progressively I've become much less frail, weak and winded. Today was actually the best day so far. So I'll get back to work on the new TAKESHI Web Comic for The Mouth of Hell, most likely tomorrow.
To make up for lost time, I'll see if I can focus all of November on the new web comic chapter. Which is actually 28 Panels. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it has an enormous amount of new characters, backgrounds, and props that I have to draw. Expect it take some time. Nothing new to the long-time supporters and fans.

Um... I'm not sure what to say guys. Facebook just gave us 3 major bonuses for posting 3-4 videos a day. Now they're offering us an even larger bonus for posting 4-5 videos a day. π
πΈπ΅π° I'm sure you guys have seen the Kylo Ren meme of: "More.... MORE!!!" Cause that's exactly what I'm getting from them, from all of this. π
But I mean it's definitely worth it. Plus I'm kinda sick, so why not spend some time getting in some extra cash for us. We always need it. And we might be able to use it for something good. Hey guys it's Ryan. I got started on the new TAKESHI Web Comic chapter for The Mouth of Hell story arc. But I'm still pretty sick. I might still need a little time to rest and recover.
I didn't realize how weak, tired and frail I was until after I got back from grocery shopping. I only made three stops and did a little bit of walking, and the moment I came home I was completely winded, exhausted, weak, and had a massive headache.
All I could do was sleep. And right now I'm still really frail for some reason. I'm gonna try taking it easy today, and see if I can get back on the new web comic chapter tomorrow. This flu going around California is pretty bad.

There's some extra good news in all of this. We've just joined YouTube's "Shorts bonus" program. Meaning we'll get a little extra in bonuses, depending on how our shorts do on YouTube. It's a decent guaranteed bonus for 12 shorts per month, which is easy enough for us to do.
Of course YouTube is still planning on cancelling all shorts payments starting in February of 2027. But this at least helps us out for whatever time they've got left on it. So this does help a lot, on top of the Facebook bonuses, which have been more generous. We'll see how all this plays out

Hey guys. Sorry I couldn't get started on the new web comic chapter just yet. I've been pretty sick for the past couple of days. There's a really awful flu going around right now in California. But I should get better soon. I'll probably get started on the new web comic chapter this Friday and Saturday.
As for some good news. We just got 2 bonuses in from Facebook this month for posting 3-4 videos a day. And now they're offering a third bonus for about 4 videos a day. Thanks to all the Facebook bonuses we should be have enough funds to get out 5 new TAKESHI Web Comic animatics, and 5 new Magical Girl Brittany Smith animatics early next year.

It's only 24 Panels, but it's tons of new characters, backgrounds, and props that need to be drawn. It's going to be insane. π Expect it to take 3 1/2 months to finish. Good news is I can get started on it this week, right after some revisions for the writing. π¨
I also got the sound room reorganized yesterday. πͺ The sound quality is much better now. But I'll need to add some new equipment, and see how that affects overall sound quality. ππΆ May need more throw pillows too.

Good news. I've just finished the writing for the next chapter. It's only 24 Panels, but it's a lot of new shots, with tons of new characters. Thankfully I can reuse shots in this, so that helps at least a little bit. It will need some revisions, but I should be able to start drawing it sometime next week.
Also, today I'll be reorganizing the sound room. The sound quality hasn't been the best with the current setup. I'm going to move a couple of things to ensure we're more centered in the room, and facing a thick, sound dampening material. I'll also need to order some new equipment for said placement. I'll keep you guys updated.
