Underglow Comics is the home of writer/artist Gary Parkin. After launching his first comic book Vampocalypse in 2020, he's had enormous success on the Kickstarter platform and is now trying his hand at webcomics! Flutters is written by Isabelle Robyn Hall and illustrated by Gary.
