Hey, i currently use pencil, paper, a cheap wacom tablet and a really old version of photoshop. As for what the best tablet is, i wouldnt know. I have been using the cheapest supplies possible for most of my life. A lot of these tablets are crazy expensive. But yeah its not about the supplies, its how you use what you have.
Thank you so much I literally use my phone and the app IBIS paint x I have to use my fingers to draw, but it works!
