A quick update:
I just noticed how long it's been since i updated...

But I had some important things come up that I had to take care of.
Being an adult is the worst...
Merryweather and I are both on trips away from our homes, but as soon as I return, I intend on working on the next few pages (which are already in progress) and doing some fun Q&A with you all.~

@Balla download the Hush.zip file from the link. Unzip it. Read the READ ME note. Click the installer. Play~

Finally got through it, epilogue included. :3
Definitely got my heart racing! Those monsters were spooky, even though they were simple. It always freaked me out when I could hear their voices, and when they caught me. xD I wish there'd maybe been a bit more context/interaction when they did 'catch' you, though--I didn't like that I just got a game over screen. What happens when they catch you? Even a little scream or something would have been something. :0
The rain/storm track in the background was very nice and helped set the mood! But when the track ended there's a second or two of silence before it kicks in again. It kinda threw off the vibe the game was setting. Otherwise the overall effect was neat and very fitting!
The art was great--simple and dark, very nice for the setting. I was always wondering if this place was abandoned or not since there never seemed to be any other people visible, and that really added to the spooky vibe.
The epilogue got me wondering, too! But I don't wanna spoil it for anyone who hasn't played it yet. 8D Very mysterious.
Overall this was fun to run through. :D A nice, quick, scary little game! Thanks for sharing this with us, Kinkan!

I've been suuuuuuuper busy!
The game I've been working on just got released and I've been working hard managing and art directing as well as going to school full time.
Although those are all good and important things, I haven't had time for Freeloading Gamer (I know, I've been mad at myself too!)
However~ I'm finally FINALLY getting a teeny bit more time in my schedule and will be posting again! So please look forward to that!
