I'm 29 years old, employed part-time.
I'm a trans man and since my hysto in April of 2018 and top surgery in September 2018 I consider my transition complete.

So, I'm having top surgery tomorrow. I'm exited and nervous.
Don't worry, this time I have enough pages ready to cover my recovery, so there will be no unannounced hiatus.
Between the recovery of my hysterectomy and starting to upload again here I lost both my grandfathers and my dad's also dealing with some stuff. In addition to that, I changed my legal name and gender marker as well. So, basically, there was a lot of real life stuff keeping me busy.

Had the mastectomy. I'm mostly fine. Not a lot of pain. I did throw up a little of what I ate earlier, but I feel a lot better now. I feel so much better now that the manboobs are gone. I felt such relief when I woke up knowing they're gone. I saw my flat chest for the first time a little while ago, the feeling is indescribable.
There's an unannounced hiatus. Who's surprised? In all seriousness, I had planned to finish the next page that I got started on before top surgery, but my tablet decided it had enough of my shenanigans and decided to piss off. I have a new tablet now, but the new one has a serious disagreement with my computer and I still don't know how to get it to work. Fun times.
Since it's 2am and I still can't sleep, I might as well announce it now: I'm having surgery today, my first, the hysterectomy.
I'll have a mastectomy some time later this year, but since I've been having problems with continued cramping and spotting/ bleeding despite having been on T for so long I'm having this one first. Which is fine, since I wanted to have both anyway. So, wish me luck, I guess.

The operation went alright. Waking up after was a pain though, literally and metaphorically. I'm experiencing some pain, but I suppose that's to be expected. Still bleeding a little from 2 out of 3 incisions, which is no cause for concern at this point. Anyway, am tired so I'm going to go sleep now. Will keep you guys updated on how I'm doing.

For all of you who are young enough to still have to go back to school, my condolences and I wish you all the strength to get through another school year and hopefully you're soon going to be finished with all of that.

*hides* Really sorry for the small hiatus. Apparently work just doesn't get done in January. I had the same problem last year trying to work on Chapter 2. It's definitely something I'll take into account in the future. I'm not very productive in January, apparently. Then, in February there was a problem with my tablet. Thankfully, that's fixed now and regular updates can once more be expected.
