Wow. I kind of dropped off the face of the earth, didn't I? Sorry guys! And sadly enough, I didn't even write much! I talked to my artist and have some things that I need to write. I was going to start strong this month, but my nephew was born 3 weeks early and is in NICU. As such, I am busy helping with my niece so her parents can make it to the hospital to be with their little guy every day. And that means I don't have much writing time. But rest assured guys, it's at least in the back of my mind every day! It's just been hard trying to fit in around watching my niece and school. Sorry! This story will get a reboot by the end of the year, though, I promise!

It was a rough week for me guys. I lost a little direction and had a hard time making myself write some days. I only got 427 words in this week. I will be sitting down with Kestra at the end of the week and we're going to discuss the story together. This doesn't mean that I won't be writing, but that my words counts won't be as high while I try and get all of this figured out. Thanks for your patience and stick with us!

Last week's word count was 739! I know for some authors that could be a daily count for them. But I was able to get writing in every day and that meant something to me. OK guys, with this being the New Year and everyone has resolutions and blah blah blah, I've decided to make Dusk my writing priority. Because I do work full-time and go to school, it will be slow going. But I promise I will be working on it every day! If I only get a sentence in, so what? I made progress. I can keep y'all updated on a weekly basis. (I don't want to spam you with daily posts.) I hope to have this new and (hopefully) improved Dusk completely scripted by the end of the year. And so, having said that, wish me luck! I'm off to conquer the world!

All right everybody. After almost a year of hiatus, I have some bad news for you. Unfortunately, we don't feel like we can just pick up where we left off. Rest assured, we aren't just dropping the comic. We have decided to do a serious reboot. We are doing a near complete rewrite of the story and are planning on a style change to make things a more manageable for Kestra, the artist. Kestra is working on writing novels of her own as well as doing some singing. She posts pretty regularly on her deviantArt found here if you want to see some things in the meantime. Please be patient with us as we work on this! We want to make sure that when we do get back on track, we are consistent with you. Please keep supporting us, and we'll hopefully be able to share some content with you soon!
