i was out all day with friends and ended up staying over at one of theirs for the night, and i was able to settle down to work only to realize i left my tablet pen home :'''')

My wrist kinda hurts :') and i've long learned its best not to overwork myself when that particular thing happens... , especially considering that this is a ᶠʳᵉᵉ webcomic with quite a bit of hard work for a first-time webcomic maker on their own
i learn more and more about the process with every page, and while i dont hate it its still a lot to handle at the end of the day (without a team at least, but maybe even teams still struggle as well)....
im not shaming you guys for reading it for free or anything! i am the one posting it here ofc and im super thankful that you guys would be interested in my story and my gremlin bastard OCs so that in itself is still nice support ^^ i just honestly feel bad that i have to keep putting page updates off so often BUT my health is indeed important, and so is youRS
i have no plans to stop the comic anytime soon though, i just may have to adjust the way i work on it! afterall the story is more important than the art quality.... and i am BIG guilty of perfectionism and being stubborn about every background detail and shading
approaching quick comic panels the same way as full illustrations is something that WILL tire you out very fast(but props to those that can do it?)
BUT ANYWAY
simple artist advice to another, dont overwork your hand if you feel an ache or a pain! theres always time to work later so please try and rest ^^
Remember, art should be fun for you, not painful!

Take all the time you need, it's WAY better to rest now than to deal with permanent problems later. I've seen artists switch to a temporary bi-weekly schedule instead of weekly when issues like these arise, but of course, it's different for everyone.
And yes, trying to draw a comic like a whole page and not one detailed illustration per panel is really hard to get used to :')

the update for tommorrow is in fact NOT cancelled, its just being moved to Sunday ( 5/26/19) since im currently not home and wont be til then! My files are back on my laptop and i realized i wont be able to get them out tmmrw sry. Minor inconvenience at best ^^;;

Ah...... no updates this weekend.... i kinda forgot to mention that i've been sick and it shows no signs of slowing down for maybe another week or so.
But i WILL be updating next weekend (5/18/19), and it's gonna be a double update to make up for missed time. Can't have the story slogging along for toooo long... especially when we're almost at the end of Chapter 1!
