Well, personally I wouldn't mind it, if you'd not get to finish things; I really think the way's the goal in this case! ^^

And if it's not too much to ask, I'd like to know about it, if and when you do start... Though asking for a personal notification would probably be too much a hassle, right?
Maybe putting up a blank series as placeholder would be good; that way I'd be notified by Tap, when you start an actual one - just an idea. :)

Did not know putting place holders was allowed o_o; (ignore that I've been here for 2 years, k thanks. lol ) also asking for a personal notification isn't a hassle as much as hoping my brain allows me to remember heh heh. But I will look into that placeholder idea.
