My name is Matthew Pernell and I am the Author of Vast Blue. Vast Blue was originally called "The Vyken Legends" and there was even a chapter done under this title. I have since re-worked the idea into what is now Vast Blue. I hope to become a Manga Ka that will one day rival the greats such as Oda and Kishimoto Sensei. I know I am a long ways from that goal but you guys can help me get there. I only ask two things; please read and tell a friend. I will handle the rest if I'm up for the task. (well maybe take ad-block off too lol).
