Old time Japan, manga and anime fan, I've been out of it too long before recently coming back to it. I grew up with belgian/french "BD", history&fantasy novels and became a full BL lover later on, which led me to fanart and fanfics and then original stories&charas.
I'm not a native English speaker so I decided to try myself at translating some of my old writings and see if that can lead somewhere. I've no formal writing or art training, all is self-learnt (even my English mostly comes from reading), so please do not hesitate to comment or correct but be kind with me. I RL I'm struggling with a part-time job and a small farm so forgive me if I don't publish that often.
P.S. Some might know me as aderinu. I kept my former 'reader account' with 100ths of series and all activity separate for easier management.

You probably heard the news from a lot of other authors already.
There is still no official communication to us but it seem pretty much a done thing. Tapas is to be shut down, at best at the end of the year, probably sooner.
I took some time before posting since I'm afraid I first had to deal with the news and then, reacted as a reader who tried to keep up with her favorite author's news and save what could be.
After the trauma about a famous non-official website months ago, I really didn't think I'll see something like that with a well established place as is Tapas so soon.
I haven't been there for that long but it really changed a lot for me. I discovered so many wonderful authors and stories that allowed me to forget my everyday life and our current world condition...
And, as a wannabe author, I thought I could have a chance for my stories-to-come to find some readers too and share. Honestly, right now, what I tried do not compare to Tapas. Somehow, maybe it's a chance for me that I had just finished Catharsis publication here.
Like most, I've been quite devastated and sick to see something like this happen. And especially to promote AI contents...
But, well, I won't give up. I hope you won't either. I even took this opportunity to edit the beginning of Catharsis before re-posting it.
So what now...
First, thanks again to all of those who have read, liked and subscribed to this first try at publishing!

Anyway, part of the chapter inspired me this illustration. I wanted to make one manga-style. And I'd never drawn Sana before, except for a rough sketch of her portrait so... here it is!

Remember, still new chapters coming on the week-end, and the current arc brings quite a major upheaval.
Now, I'm sadly happy that noone spent crystals on my story on Mimtory because I fear it was all a fraud. When I wanted to post a new part today I got an error message for the website. It happens, might have come back later. But it seems all references to the site anywhere have disappeared, and the Instagram account too. I really hope it is just a technical issue but I can't find any information and it doesn't look good. I tried this hoping it would replace a patreon for some extra eps, but now... that's just crazy.
Can just hope not too many people got scammed if it ends up like this (not even mentionning the stories published here).
