Can you please clear up the shapeshifting process and why the humans don't notice when the dogs turn into humans?
I think the human versions are for us...it's just a representation of what it would look like if they were human. They're really just still acting like dogs. For example, in the "Interview" episode 195...it's basically a dog reporter interviewing the other dogs, and it shows them in dog form at the end. What I am thinking is that perhaps the "interview dog holding the microphone" is really just the pet of the human interviewer and while the human is giving his/her own summary of the puppy show, the dogs tuning into the tv are hearing what the dog actors are saying while the humans just hear enthusiastic barks.
