SupportBANG&BURN is a transatlantic collaborative creative effort between artist Marion (formerly Liam) Hansen-Thiim, and writer Caroline Ní Bhuachalla.
Marion is an illustrator and graphic designer based in the USA, and Caroline is a web developer living in Ireland. Between them they have battled distance, time, and the inconvenience of their respective full-time jobs to bring BANG&BURN to life.

Hey, everyone! A little announcement. These past couple years have been very big for me Re: the exploration of my gender identity, and now with the help of therapy I feel like I'm really starting to come into myself. As such, things are changing a bit on my end:
My time of identifying as strictly non-binary has past, as has my time as Locke. Though I love the name and it will always be special to me, I've given it a lot of thought and I've chosen to pursue a legal change using a different name. One that really feels like "me".
So I would like to re-introduce myself to you all:
I am Liam James Hansen. I am trans FTM and I prefer masculine (he/him) or neutral (they/them) pronouns.
I love you guys and I'm really happy to have this really wonderful community through which I feel so supported. Thank you all!

I'm really sad to make the call, but towards the end of this month I was definitely Not Okay, and Caroline put her foot down in defense of my health (and sanity). We'll be taking a little break so I can recharge.

Your health and well-being is the most important thing there is, and as much as I'm fan-girling over b&b I'll be waiting patiently for how long it may take.

Currently, I'm in a rough financial situation because my husband is unable to work until Immigration Services sends him his work permit.
