I wanted to apologize to everyone for not posting in a while. Life, as you know, has a tendency to get in the way. That and the crashing of computers which wiped out much of my comic. That being said, I am ITCHING to get back to it. Hopefully in the next few weeks.

Sorry I have been incommunicado lately and I know I missed that 1/11 deadline I set for myself. Just wanted you all to know that the next strip IS coming soon and that I have spent some time actually writing out the outline for the entire rest of the strip. You don't actually mean the finale...as in the end of "who is the girl", do you? Because I thought the girl will be part of our lives for quite a while. I mean she's got her own Insta and stuff, she's here to stay.

That was an interesting read although I do not necessarily agree on some things. But kudos to you for putting it here with the pros and cons of it.
Thanks illucomics! I appreciate that. I always feel that everyone gets their opinion and this is the critic's first review and I figured that it would be a little tough.
Well, given the warning about works being torn apart in the reviews, before the review even started, it was clear from the get-go that this will be the approach. Classic fishing rod right there: stay away if you cannot take it, lol. Blood sells so much better than appraisal and if you want your readers to come back for more you got to make sure that you deliver, right? So I expected no less and even found it amusing to see the cliche of passive-aggressive laid-back bitch critique pointing fingers at other cliches. But all the marketing aside, there were some good points in there going for you and it was interesting to see the comic analyzed like that so it was worth the read.
ack, it actually hurt my heart a little to read a review like that for your comic.
it lacks every type of emotional comprehension and gives very little importance to the fact that your characters are much more human than just some juvenile stereotypes. i can personally say i don't agree with much, but one thing that's for sure: i can't wait for a new update!! keep up the great job, cary!! ♡
