I suppose some of you already know, but my father has passed away. I'm trying my best to deal with this, but it's going to take me some time. I really loved my dad and losing him is changing everything, to say the least. I'll do everything in my power to continue UNFILTR as soon as possible, but I will need a bit more time and patience, I hope you understand. Thank you and hope you're all doing well.

please take all the time you need. you don't need to apologize for that. it's perfectly understandable that comic updates are difficult to make during times of stress, worry, and grief. when you are ready to continue your comic, we will be here. please take care of yourself. i am deeply sorry for your loss.

I would like to apologize to everyone for the lack of updates, I don't normally share my personal matters online, but my father is currently in critical condition and it's made it difficult for me to balance my job w comic updates and other freelance work I got going. I understand this comic has taken its sweet time to get going. It's a very slow burn and it's completely my fault that I didn't warn you beforehand. I do read all comments and I understand that both the length of the comic and the tonal shifts the story can take can be upsetting, and I accept any kind of criticisms as a result because this is the story I chose to tell, and it's not the first time people reject my stories.
What I don't appreciate is condescension or sarcasm. I would much rather prefer openly angry or hateful comments to being talked down to. I work very hard on these pages while juggling a full-time job and life responsibilities, and I'm putting them up *for free*. I think I can at least ask for sincerity, even when it's negative.

Hang in there! Folks can be rather entitled to "content" nowadays and can act really shitty. Your comic has been super lovely so far and I appreciate the work you put into it. Thanks for sharing it!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I took a short break from UNFILTR last week, but as of today I'm working on the next episode. I'm sorry, I should've probably told you this but it just kind of happened, crowded scenes with lots of dialogue are kind of complicated, and I suppose I got a little exhausted...but I'm feeling ready to get back on it now, so expect an update in the next few weeks, we're very close to what I consider the middle and a turning point in the story, I hope you will enjoy it.
