you know that my mom once told my brother not to be like me. She told him There was no good in me, that I had nothing to contribute, that he should be like my older brother who made a life, It made me think why I am alone in this world, no one wants to be with someone like me because I have nothing to contribute I sure not have originality.
I think your mom loves you and is trying to give you a motive to become better. My mom compares me with my sisters a lot with my sisters and that's a bad thing to do honestly. but she only does this because she wants her kids to become better
My advice you talk to her with honesty and tell her exactly how this makes you feel. she will understand because she wants the best for you.

You just have to pay attention on how they write, the things they say... specially how they react to posts... someone that overeacts over a post giving an huge text explaining why one is wrong is probably 18-22 years is the age that you are sensitive and you need to tell people why your point of view matter
