Elaienar: "Haha! That's a cute mental image. (For the record I'm imagining a Scottish Terrier in puffed sleeves, Anne-of-Green-Gables-style, earnestly woof-ing into a microphone.) Thanks again TOTO! I will do my best! Please look forward to my other work (it will show up someday, hopefully soon). ^^"
TOTO: "This is how I look like Milady... A...and how did you know I would sneak in and borrow costumes used by Anne of Green Gable re-enactors? (O///O)... I-it was just a wig!"
That's a cute actual image! And I'm sure no one would blame you for trying out the costumes ... I mean haven't we all wanted to do that at some point...?
Dear readers: Key and I had planned to begin updating Maria again this month, but we're going to have to delay our return instead. For various reasons (mostly due to my personal circumstances) we weren't able to start working on the new pages when we initially planned to, and progress has been very slow. I apologise for the extended hiatus, and hope you don't mind waiting a while longer. Currently we don't know when updates will resume, but we're going to continue working on the story so that we can come back with a quality comic that you can enjoy and we can be proud of. Thank you all again for reading and enjoying our story!
Thanks, and you're welcome! A friend from Inkblazers/Webcomic Limbo mentioned your comic so I thought I'd check it out. ^^ I like the concept, I'm looking forward to reading more when I have time!
Oh cool- we have awesome mutual friends? I am sure am grateful for the recommendation- as I'm sure you know it always helps! Were you also on Inkblazers?
Yes, same to you too- I'm looking forward to reading on and learning more!
Oh yes I was on Inkblazers from sometime in 2012, I think. Anyway, sometime in 2012 was when I uploaded my first comic there. It was a pretty large community so I guess that's why we never ran into each other!
PaintingCinema is the one who mentioned your comic when we were reminiscing about Inkblazers (the two of us didn't meet there, we only met after the site had shut down haha).
Yeah haha it was really thriving back into the day!
It's funny isn't it how actually it closing down still worked to bring all those creators together- and didn't stop us. Hence why we're both still making comics all those years later! Do you ever stream your art by the way?
Also I think I nearly died when I went to check out your deviant art and saw you like k-drama's too lol. I'm super addicted to "While you were sleeping" at the mo! :')
Oh awesome! I just finished watching that with my family a few weeks ago. I have a fondness for Suzy since Dream High and for Lee Jong Suk since I Hear Your Voice so it was fun seeing them star together. We're watching Hwayugi these days, have you seen it? I'm loving the modern fantasy thing. Do you have a DeviantArt, BTW?
Yeah it's cool how people have stuck together. I'm really bad at staying in contact with people and I still managed to keep in touch with about three people I knew from InkBlazers. And I have a streaming account somewhere - set it up when I was doing Art Fight last year - but I haven't used it since then. DX
Hey yeah, it's been a while! I saw on Tumblr that you have a new comic up, I have to check that out soon (I clicked the link last night but I was too lazy to put on my headphones and didn't want to read without listening to the music eheheh). How's it going?
haha thats okay, I have so much catching up to do on Maria too XD the last time I read it was on Tumblr, but that was a while back now D: I've ended up relying on using tapastic to read comics, its a bit easier to keep up with them! I'm doing good in general though, just chugging along n such :3
Yes, I will. I have another short horror comic like The Story of a Lonely Girl planned (but it will probably be a long time before I begin work on it).
You can also read my other horror comic, A Girl & Her Shadow, on SmackJeeves. (http://agirlandhershadow.smackjeeves.com/comics/1457938/000/)
