Nebula: The Upsetting Neural Search Engine We Never Asked For (tm)
FUN ART NOTE: I re-drew page 17 a few different times and I still don't love it. That's been the biggest challenge of this comic so far--being okay with the fact that I can't redraw the whole enchilada when I've decided I hate my drawings 6 months down the line. *twitch* Breathe, Farrell.
Next week: Your obligatory 90s sci-fi B-movie club scene, and the single worst thing I have ever created. I regret nothing.
Celeste Sinclair is a successful biometric engineer whose comfortable life has never been anything but. She's privileged. She's naive. And she's just unknowingly agreed to help create a monster named Nebula.
Nebula, a government-sponsored neural networking system, is a ruse for a mind control device, and Polaris, an underground resistance organization, knows it. Now, with her best friend arrested and her own career on the line, Celeste must begin working with Polaris to delete her employer's nefarious project.
