Fun fact - the DJ, if you can make her out in the background, is my pal Plexy. (In pretty much everything I draw, she is always the DJ.) I mentioned what I was drawing one day, and she sent me a soundcloud link. "This is what they are dancing to," she told me, and who am I to argue? :)

Nebula, a government-sponsored neural networking system, is a ruse for a mind control device, and Polaris, an underground resistance organization, knows it. Now, with her best friend arrested and her own career on the line, Celeste must begin working with Polaris to delete her employer's nefarious project.
But the leader of Polaris has his own agenda.
