I'm going to disappear for a while, I'm having problems here at home ... I've been crying for two days, I've stopped, but I'm still not so well, I do not know when things will return to normal. In addition to this problem, the Windows of this computer has expired, I have no money for anything, do not know how to solve this yet, I will not warm my family with this computer problem, I will wait for things to calm down, the problem is dealing with the computer turning off while I want to distract my head from problems.

Hi, sorry to her that you are sad? :( Maybe I can't help you with that, but I know some stuff about computers, the shutdown problem might be from heat, try download Speed Fan, see if any temperatures are above e.g. 60°C, especially if it's the CPU temperate (components start to take damage around 80°C), check if it's dust that stops the airflow, tell me what you find before attempting to fix it.
