And this is why I walk so close to you in Taiwan... sis.
This actually happened quite a few times (years and years ago..) My sister likes to wear short skirts a lot and I would see men turning back to look at her... and I was like NOPE. THIS IS MY SISTER. F*CK OFF. -walks super close behind her and glares back-
I find Taiwan to be a lot better now, but I've also experienced a lot of older men looking back and staring when I was younger. They would sometimes make a comment or try to walk close to you for a while. It felt very, very uncomfortable and creepy.

As a guy, I find girls' psychology behind short skirts quite interesting. Do you want people to look at you? Or not look at you? If people look at you, you're creeped out, if they don't, you're pissed off that not enough people notice your "special outfit"...
