Time tends to not move linearly for those of us with ADD. When we do something we love, an hour can go by in the blink of an eye, but on the other hand, when we do something we don't particularly enjoy, an hour seems to last FOREVER.
It all has to do with an interesting, yet very annoying phenomenon that psychologists like to call "time blindness". I recommend reading up on it, because it's definitely going to be a recurring theme in this series!
