I need my quiet place

It's rude to tell people to shut the Hell up every once in a while, or to not look your conversational partner in the eye when you're trying to listen to them, but due to my disorganized mind I can only process so many things at a time.
Like, I'd love to give you my undivided attention, but if we're in a room with lots of visual and auditory cues, I'm going to be very easily distracted, or overwhelmed from the sheer amount of impulses.

yeah I get this a lot too. I’ll get super overwhelmed and start crying sometimes or I’ll get really irritated and start getting snippy
