You know... I probably shouldn't be so blunt about all this but, this kind of genre isn't really something I enjoy. I mean Drama and relationship stories just aren't really my thing ( ;;=w=) So if I'm slow at this, you'll have to forgive me
Also I thought she was like someone who grew up in a cult or something and then she escaped or... I don't know ( ;;=w=) that's just the vibe I'm getting from her backstory and all
Just wanted to throw that out there xD

Marla Baek is a young teenage orphan with no place to go until one day, in answer to her prayers, Yahuwah (the LORD) sends her to work at an Antique Shop for the Hui family in the village Hye-Byun: a thriving town by the sea and mountains where a lot of her old friends have already settled in.
With her worries pushed back, for the time being, Marla looks forward to her new life as well as a chance to reunite with her old companions. However, as danger begins to hurdle its way through the town, will Marla be able to continue to stand firm on the Rock of Yahuwah, or will she allow herself to get swept away by the relentless tides of darkness inside of her?
