“How’s the ice cream?” Luka asks setting his spoon down and looking up at Kai.

“It’s cold and now I’m cold… and tired,” Kai says setting his spoon down and rubbing his eye.

Luka smiles and shakes his head, “I’ll put it back, you stay there and I’ll carry you to bed,” He says grabbing the ice cream and putting it back into the freezer, He then walks over to Kai and picks him up. Kai wraps his legs around Luka’s waist and snuggles his head into Luka’s shoulder, “Do your siblings have school tomorrow or is it summer for them too?” Luka asks walking into the bedroom and shutting the door.

“They still have a few weeks left, I think Mako might be done already. The high school gets out early and all,” Kai says crawling under the blanket.

“I know, well it’s good the girls have school. That means they won’t wake us up,” Luka says turning the light off and walking to his side of the bed, he climbs in and snuggles right under the covers. Luka moves close to Kai, Kai smiles and backs up into him so his back was touching Luka’s chest.

“I’m glad you’re staying over tonight,” Kai says pulling the blanket under his chin getting all warm.

“Me too, I’m gonna miss this tomorrow night,” Luka says hugging Kai and pulling him in tightly.

“Same, It’ll be lonely and cold,” Kai says falling asleep, Luka smiles and thinks for a second.

“Well, we’re both eighteen now and are out of school. So technically we could do this tomorrow night too and the following night. As long as we want really,” Luka says to Kai quietly.

Kai yawns, “You’re right. Well if you want, tomorrow night you are invited to stay again,” Kai says falling asleep for good.

“I would love too,” Luka says also falling asleep.

The next morning, Luka wakes up to the girls jumping on the bed.

“Get up, get up, get up,” Ember says jumping at the bottom of the bed.

“School,” Amber says also jumping.

“Girls get in the car, Mako will be late if you guys don’t hurry up,” Mom yells from the back door as she walks into the garage.

“Are you guys coming to school?” Amber asks as Ember quickly jumps off the bed and runs out of the room.

“We’re out of school already Amber,” Kai says kissing her head, she smiles and kisses his cheek jumping off the bed.

“Come on Amber, we can’t be late!” Ember yells struggling to get her shoes on.

“Coming, is Luka gonna be here after school?” Amber asks quickly.

“Yes, he’s gonna stay another night,” Kai says as she jumps excitement, Ember comes back and pulls Amber by her shirt. Ember waves goodbye as they run down the hall, “Mom will be gone for at least twenty minutes,” Kai says turning and looking at Luka.

“What are you hinting at?” Luka asks winking at Kai, Kai smiles and winks back. Luka moves closer to him and is about to kiss Kai.

“We can eat all the snacks!” Kai yells raising his hands in the air, Luka opens his eyes and laughs.

“You’re too cute,” Luka says kissing Kai’s cheek, he stands up and reaches his hand out to Kai, “Come on, let's go get some snacks,” He says as his face fills with joy. Kai grabs his hand and pulls himself up and skips down the hall dragging Luka with him, Luka smiles as Ace opens the fridge and grabs a few sweets.

“I love snack more than people,” Kai says eating frozen chocolate, Luka smiles at Kai’s cute face as he eats. Kai looks up at Luka and blushes, “Besides you of course, but food is a close second,” He says giggling, Luka laughs as Kai hands him chocolate, Luka takes it and eats it.

“What do you wanna do today?” Luka asks covering his mouth while talking as he continues to chew.

“Stay inside, draw, watch a movie, anything but leave the house,” Kai says stuffing his face, Luka smiles.

“Is that all you did before I came and brought you on that date?” Luka asks chuckling, Kai smiles and nods.

“I don’t like people or the sun, so what’s the point in leaving if both of those things are out there,” Kai says finishing the chocolate.

“You do have a point but you do realize you are going to college soon and both of those things will be there,” Luka says smiling, trying not to laugh at Kai’s face full of chocolate.

“Um--el--,” Kai says with a mouth full of food.

“Bless you,” Luka says laughing, Kai swallows.

“I said, umbrella,” Kai says smiling, Luka looks at him with a confused smile.

“Umbrella for what, college?” Luka asks still confused.

“Yeah, I can use it to block the sun and if people get to close I can just hit them with it or pushes them away, ooo or maybe I can make it open and close and like threaten them or something. Like a bird,” Kai says making weird hand motions to explain what he meant.

“How about we don’t hit people,” Luka says laughing, “Also, you’re so random,” He says with a big smile.

“It’s just an idea, don’t worry, I’ll perfect my technique before college starts,” Kai says laughing as he wipes his mouth on his arm, “Wow that’s a lot of chocolate,” He says turning around and washing his arm off in the sink.

“I’m glad, I was worried. Also, it looks like you poured chocolate syrup on your face,” Luka says laughing as he stands up and walks over to Kai, “Here let me help you,” Luka says grabbing a paper towel and getting it a little wet, he wipes around Kai’s face getting all the chocolate off. Luka sets the towel in the sink and looks at Kai with a smile, he leans down and gently touches his lips to Kia’s. Kai does the same.

“I’m back,” Mom says walking into the kitchen and seeing them, the boys jump back, “Sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt, I’ll be upstairs….cleaning,” She says walking out of the kitchen down the hall.

“Mom, it’s not what you-” Kai says.

“Kai I’m your mother, I know exactly what’s happening. You can’t hide anything from me,” Mom yells down the stairs.

Kai blushes in embarrassment, “Sorry about that, I wasn’t watching the-” Kai says as Luka kisses him, Kai kisses him back. Luka pushes him against the counter, Kai moves his hand onto the counter so he wouldn’t fall back. Luka holds Kai’s waist, Kai blushes as Luka uses his tongue.

“Sorry to interrupt again, I just need to grab something,” Mom says quickly walking into the kitchen, Kai pushes Luka away as his face turns a bright red.

“Mom!” Kai says embarrassed.

“What? I’m leaving,” Mom says chuckling, she runs up the stairs, Luka looks at Kai as he continues to hold him. Kai looks away from the stairs and looks up at Luka.

“Sorry about her-” Kai says as Luka kisses him again, Luka slides his hands back and slowly picks Kai up and sets him on the counter. Luka moves closer, Kai keeps one hand pressed against Luk’s chest. He slowly wraps his legs around Luka’s waist, pulling him even closer.

“Really, on the counter. I just cleaned that,” Mom says walking in again, “Just kidding, I really don’t mind,” She says laughing.

“Mom, you said you would leave us alone,” Kai says breaking away.

“I did, now I have to clean so move. Unless you want to do the dishes,” Mom says walking over to where Kai is sitting.

“Ugh, whatever,” Kai says as Luka helps him down, “Anyways, is it ok if Luks stays again?” He asks as Luka grabs his hand and stand behind him.

“I don’t care how long he stays, but if he stays over a week he’s gonna have to start helping around the house. I don’t let people stay for free,” Mom says nudging Luka with her shoulder, Luka chuckles.

“Ok mom, also can you tell the girls not to wake us up so early? I want to actually be able to sleep a decent amount,” Kai says still blushing a little.

“I’ll talk to them, but you know how they get around guests. They like to for some reason show off and spend time with them, especially Luka,” Mom says turning on the water.

“Yeah I know, anyways we’re gonna go hang out in my room,” Kai says grabbing Luka’s hand tighter as he goes to walk away.

“Yeah ok,” Mom says laughing.

“Mom!” Kai says blushing again.

“Also, I just want you two to know I support you. I love you both so much and want you guys to have what I lost,” Mom says setting the plate down that she was washing. She turns and looks at them, Luka smiles as she hugs him. Kai tries pulling him away but gives up and joins the hug, Mom squeezes them both tightly.

“Okay mom, we get it,” Kai says getting annoyed.

“Hey, you don’t need to be all cranky,” Mom says leaning over to Luka, “If he gets too annoying just make him take a nap, it works perfectly,” She says hitting his shoulder playfully as She laughs.

“What did she say?” Kai asks looking at Luka, Mom goes back to washing dishes.

“I didn’t say anything,” Mom says smiling as she continues washing.

Luka smiles and starts walking back to the room, Kai chases after him and grabs Luka’s hand, “What did she tell you,” Kai asks as they make it back to the room, Luka shuts the door.

“Nothing, she just was making fun of you,” Luka says smiling as he sprawls out on the bed.

“Sounds like her, anyways what do you wanna do?” Kai asks folding his arms and looking down at Luka.

“Ooo, could you rub my back?” Luka asks laughing.

“Ugh, I guess so but only because I love you,” Kai says sitting down on Luka’s ass putting his legs on either side of Luka’s waist, he slowly starts to rub his back gently.

“Oh, that feels so good, ah,” Luka says blushing, Kai blushes and continues. He moves his hands down to Luka’s lower back, Luka blushes more.

“You shouldn’t rub there, it’s very sensitive and I don’t want your mom to get the wrong idea,” Luka says as his heart beats fast.

“S-sorry,” Kai says moving his hands up, Luka smiles into the bed and blushes even more.

Minutes later…

“Could you maybe rub my legs?” Luka asks turning his head towards Kai.

“Fine but you have to do the same later,” Kai says standing up and turning around, Luka flips over and sets his hands on his face. Kai sits back down, Luka losing his breath and blushes a lot more. Kai doesn’t notice where he’s sitting and starts rubbing Luka’s legs, Luka bites his finger and stares at Kai’s back. He moves his other hand and reaches out towards Kai and grabs his shirt lifting it up a little.

Kai blushes in surprise and realizes where he's sitting, “Oh my god, I didn’t realize. I’m so sorry, I just sat down-” Kai says.

“It’s fine, I was surprised too. I didn’t think you were gonna sit on me again,” Luka says laughing, Kai moves off and blushes. Luka smiles and sits up, he leans towards Kai and kisses his neck.
