The name "Miss Wick" Makes it sound like she's more so wisp than a ghost... is she? She also seems childish and insecure herself making me wonder if she died as a child and is now stuck like this. She also seems very nice and tries to do her job but lacks the temperament to do so. Who is the headmaster? A necromancer considering he uses ghosts to patrol the area? I'm assuming there are other ghosts as well? She also seems like a ditz and if she was still alive I feel that she would be rather clumsy. The term "Jugs" accurately describes her and is a fitting insult for a (High School?) student to come up with XD
