The lady on the video made it look so easy! And clean. Luckily my mother-in-law gave us a package of Korean teigu that she bought from Hawaii. She wanted me to put it in sushi and eat it with shrimp chips. She gave us the shrimp chips, too. I wasn't able to eat the teigu or shrimp chips because I can't eat gluten, but my kids loved it.
The first salmon roll I made didn't have the teigu because I had forgotten we had it. My sons liked it, but my son Kaleo reminded me about the shrimp chips and teigu. That made it better.
I guess it's the new thing in Hawaii. You put the teigu in the sushi and then eat the shrimp chip separately. But you eat them at the same time. Try it! Let me know in the comments if you liked it or not.
