"Breaking News 16-year-old Trinity Morgan took her own life yesterday night. She was pronounced dead on the scene."
All I see as I flip through the T.V channels are the same headlines no matter where I look. I can't stand it my best friend just died and all everyone cares is getting the scoop.
They don't even care that now her parents haven't left there house for a week and her sisters turned into a new person! Or about me how hasn't my room since we came back from the hospital.
The knocking on my bedroom door shocks me out of my thoughts. "Honey, there's someone on the phone for you." My mom yelled through the door. "I don't wanna talk to anyone." I yelled back.
But he said it's about Trini... Before she even finished her sentence I was reaching my hand out of the door and grabbing the phone, closing the door behind me.
"Hello" I said into the phone. I could hear the static in the background like they were calling from somewhere far away.
"Hello Jack" I low and a monotone voice said. Suddenly I became scared. "How do you know my name?"
The voice chuckled in response then said: "In Trinity's room lies the answer." Then he started chuckling softly, then really loud. And then the line went dead.
Sorry for the short chapter I'm currently vacation and don't have much time to stop and write
