Zenthya

I wake up to my counselor Anna grinning. I try to get up but an arm around my waist just pulls me closer to a warm body. I blush as i remember i did not sleep on my own last night. I look at Anna and she is just sitting on the floor grinning. I turn my head ever so slowly and see the sun rising over the tree line. The mixture of colors was beautiful. I hear a groan from behind me and see Faith has woken up.

“Turn off the sun!” said Faith. Then she let go of me and turned over. I chuckled and i got up from the bed. Anna stood up looked at Faith and shook her head.

I asked her, “ Does she do this often?”

“Yeah she does. She even tried to command me to turn off the sun when she was younger.” She said laughing.

I laughed with her. Hearing us laugh Faith looked at us with an eyebrow raised. This only made us laugh harder. After a while we stopped.

Anna cleared her throat and said, “ Well it’s almost breakfast so get ready. And please don't have sex i will smell it a mile away.”

Faith and i turned red after she said this. We looked at each other and quickly looked away. When we were done getting dressed we met Anna outside. When we were halfway there Anna stopped and took a deep breath. I’m sure is we weren't with humans she would have growled. Faith looked around then smiled. I turned to her line of vision and saw a girl with red hair and pale skin. Anna relaxed and smiled.

I asked “Who is she?”

Faith smirked and said “Just a friend who we haven't seen in a long time.”

Anna looked at her and said “Yeah right. You saw her last night. I smelled her on you.”

Faith said “Oh... yeah that’s right i did. Sorry i just forgot.”

Anna just started walking again Faith and I just followed her for the rest of the walk. When we got to the dining cabin there was only one table left to sit in. I grabbed an apple and sat down. After a minute or two someone sat down. I looked over a saw it was that girl I saw earlier.

She smiled and said “Hi I’m Ingrid. What's your name?”

“I’m Zenthya.” I said hesitantly.

Just then Faith sat down and said “Hey Ingrid. What are you doing here?”

“ I couldn’t wait.”

Faith laughed and said “ It’s been less than a day.”

“Yeah and?”

“Woman all you had to do is wait 2 weeks to meet her. That is not much time in our life span.”

I asked “ How long do we live?”

Ingrid lend closer to me and said “Zenthya we live as long as we like.”

Faith said “Ingrid you do know that can’t engage her right? She is your...” Ingrid covered her mouth before she said anything else.

I asked Ingrid “ Who am I to you?”

Ingrid shook her head and said nothing. Anna came over and sat down. They ate in silence while i thought things over. Who can i possibly be to Ingrid? And Who couldn’t she wait to see? Am I related to her in any way? Nah probably not. We look too different or do we? I look at Ingrid. We both have blue eyes. We both have wavy hair. Her skin is paler than mine. Same face shape. Similar height.

“ Oh My God!” I pointed to Ingrid and said “You're my sister!”
