I've mentioned Junko's hair being dyed in the past, but this is the first time Junko's hair being dyed actually has some sort of story relevance rather than just being some minor character trait.
Now is a good time to point out that Junko doesn't actually notice that her hair dye is messed up.She just notices that her hair tie popped because she could hear it and feel her hair come loose.
