It's hard to write sound effects in English. What sound would you use when you squish a cherry tomato? lol.
In Japan, it's probably "puchi" for popping something tiny. :P

Don't be too hard on yourself, I think part of the charm of this comic is the "monotony" of a school day mixed with odd happenings! Personally I love gag comics and a lot of times it's just silly everyday stuff in comic form. You're your own harshest critic! Give your thoughts a little more credit ❤️
