Arya stared at the pill on her lunch tray, confused. "Guys?" Arya blurted out "huh? Yeah?" They both questioned. "Everyone takes pills here, right?" Arya asked. Cynthia and Sadie exchanged looks "yeah?" Cynthia replied while Sadie nodded. "They must hide the pills in the Strawberry Shortcakes." Arya said, confidently. Cynthia stared behind her "look out!" She shouted as Arya looked behind her. Ruth approached her and threw Arya's head onto her tray. "That's what you get for starting a fight with me!" Ruth yelled as she walked away. Arya lifted her head, checking if anything got on her face at all. The only thing that was on her face was her Orange Juice. She tried to wipe it off, only for it to smear her face. "I knew that Ruth was evil but I didn't expect her to be this evil." Cynthia mumbled. "I know, right?" Sadie replied. "Are you okay, Arya?" They both asked her. "Oh, yeah. I'm fine." Arya grumbled. "This is war, Ruth." She mumbled, angrily. "Oh, here comes the Lunchbox Friends!" Sadie pointed out, Arya turned back. "Sadie, please come back to us. We're sorry that we used you. Why don't you sit with us?" Michelle asked her. "Nuh-huh. She isn't sitting with some Lunchbox Friends! Now, it's best if you get lost before this turns into a 'kill bill' fight scene." Cynthia threatened. "Ugh, why don't you let Sadie decide for herself!" Michelle fought back. "I warned you." Cynthia said as she went for Michelle's throat. "Arya, Sadie! Get out of here!" Cynthia demanded. "Okay!" Arya replied as Sadie and her ran out of the cafeteria.
"Where's Cynthia?" Sadie asked the nurse. "She's in my office, along with my daughter, Michelle." Ms. Fields explained. "Are they both okay?" Arya asked her "Cynthia only has a few bruises meanwhile, Michelle has a broken bone. Cynthia really did some damage on her." Ms. Fields explained. "Can we go see them?" Arya asked her "sure. Just make sure not to touch them in any way." Ms. Fields said "touch them as in...?" Sadie replied "poking, hugging, rubbing against them on accident, et cetera." Ms. Fields responded. "Oh, okay." Sadie said as her and Arya entered the Nurse's Office. Arya saw Cynthia on one bed and Michelle on the other. "Hey, Cynthia." Sadie greeted "hey, guys." Cynthia greeted back. Arya looked at Michelle, she has her lower thigh in bandages. "So, I'm assuming that you won the fight?" Arya assumed "I guess. Michelle wasn't that strong, she did scratch me and it burned though." Cynthia rolled her eyes. "Well, I'm going to hurry to class." Sadie said as she hurried out of the Nurse's Office. "Are you gonna leave too?" Cynthia asked Arya. "No. I'll stay here with you." Arya promised as she took a seat next to Cynthia's bed. "Thanks, Arya. You're the only true friend that I have. All the others either used me for my wealth or stopping acknowledging me." Cynthia sighed "your wealth?" Arya asked, confused. "My family's quite rich." Cynthia explained "oh, okay." Arya responded "I wish my family was like other families." Arya sighed. "What's your family like?" Cynthia questioned. Arya took a deep breath and told her. "Well, you see, my family is... well... broken." Arya paused, thinking of what to say next. "My dad had high expectations for me. He wanted me to be successful. He wanted me to get married and raise a family." Arya paused again. Her eyes fell to the floor while thinking of the horrible flashbacks. "What about your mother?" Cynthia asked, breaking Arya out of her thoughts. "Well, my mother... she hardly paid attention to me. Whenever I asked her a question or complimented or something, she'd always say 'go annoy your father'." Arya explained "and, well, my dad... he was hardly even there for my mother and I." Arya paused, tears filling her eyes. Cynthia opened her mouth to speak, only for the school bell to cut her off. "I should get to my class now. I'll tell the teacher that you're in the Nurse's Office." Arya said. "Okay then. See ya, Arya." Cynthia waved goodbye as Arya stood up and walked out of the office. "Have a nice day, Arya." Ms. Fields said to Arya as she walked out.
