Hito slept a long while. He only woke up when he heard the door slam downstairs and Aki cuss at it. He heard Aki cussing as he went into the kitchen, around to the den and came upstairs and stomped his way to his room, slamming the door. Not like Hito couldn’t still hear the cussing.

It was something about he pulled a muscle in his wrist and it was hurting. He couldn’t figure out if he should put ice or hot water on it. Then Hito heard Aki stomp his way to the bathroom and then the shower water begin.

Worried, Hito got up. He waved his arms a bit to balance himself woozily. He nodded, and started out of his room and down the hall slowly. He gently knocked on the bathroom door, it suddenly opening to reveal a pissed off Aki dressed in only a towel.

“WHAT---“ Aki stopped his shouting when he saw it was Hito. “….Uh… What is it?” He was obviously fighting to not shout.

“Hot water… Let it soak.” Hito said, backing up timidly. He bowed a bit and sleepily began his wobbled walk back to his bedroom.

Aki sighed, going back into the shower. After getting clean, he sat at the floor of the tub with his wrist aimed to get a gentle massage from the shower head. Then he got dried off and dressed, leaving downstairs. He noticed he had a letter, picked it up and looked at it.

“From no one?” Aki blinked, walking with it back upstairs. He shrugged and tossed it onto his bed, then went over to Hito’s room. “Hito? Hey I’m sorry about before I was…” Aki stopped. He had opened the door mid-sentence and let himself in, greeted with the striking lovely appearance of Hito trying on his kimono. Aki gawked. Even without the obi tied, the kimono looked breathtaking. And it was even more so with Hito wearing it.

Hito blushed his whole face, and even his ears. “Ge-get out!!!” Hito shouted hoarsely, rushing to the door to push Aki back out it.

Aki laughed a bit and caught Hito in his arms. “Aww but you look great in it!”

“O-out!”

“You should wear it around the dorm.”

“No! Now get out!”

“I’d like to see all of it.” Aki said, not letting go of Hito.

Hito shook his head, “You can’t!”

“Why not?”

“Father didn’t send the obi-- Now out!”

Aki hugged Hito against his will. “Wow it feels so silky!”

“It is silk…” Hito answered, trying to push Aki away.

Aki let go with a grin. “Told ya it’d look good.”

SMACK with a pillow right to Aki’s face. And with a few more smacks to him, Aki retreated out of the room and let Hito slam the door shut again, hearing it lock.

Aki leaned against the door. “Aww don’t be mad, Hito~ It looked great on you.”

“Shut up!” Hito answered from the other side, fussing with getting it off.

“How many layers is it?”

“Four plus the yukata.”

“Must be warm.”

“And hard to move in,” Hito answered.

Aki nodded. “Can I come in now?”

“No!”

Aki slumped going back to his room. It sounded like it’d be a while before Hito’d calmly talk to him. He chuckled at the image of Hito shouting at him like he just had been. It was so out of character for the blond.
