Seriously, the walk-in freezer in any restaurant you've been to is packed from floor to ceiling with years' worth of curses and tears.

The walk-in's for people who have time for this sort of thing. I only used it to hide from the people who wanted me to expedite in the kitchen, bus tables, wash dishes, and help wait on the party of 30 in the banquet room....
