I feel this page shows best that Junko has a much higher pain tolerance than the other girls.
This was something I wanted to establish in Chapter 0, but because the other girls didn't get hit, it didn't show
I would also like to point out to the viewer that Ava has had the worst reaction to being touched by the monster so far
